RELC Singapore: Day 1 - Revisiting Kampong Glam

Imej
It was raining on that day. The shower was quite heavy when we had our lunch. When the rain subsided, we paid our for our meals and continued walking towards an unplanned destination. I didn't know what force had brought me here but again I still admired this mosque and Kampong Glam compound. So, we continued walking to the next spot that I also admired the architecture; THE ISTANA KAMPONG GLAM. It's best to describe my visit to the Malay Heritage Centre of Singapore this time was quite lucky because there's an exhibition that revealed historical fatcs about Bugis ethnic. Sirri na Pesse (Honour and Pride), that was the title of the exhibition. The exhibition exposed many informative artifacts and collections about Bugis ethnicity in general and their community in Singapore. I had imagined Munshi Abdullah era when I listened to that accent. As Afnan and I were new to this place we did not know where to go for our lunch. After checked-in to our rooms, I just contacted an Uber to a place called Arab Street as suggested by a fried. I found that Arab Street actually was a place that I had been...
